Please allow 2-4 business days to process an order. Once an order is processed and shipped, it can take 3-5 business days to be delivered depending on your relation to the Los Angeles area.

You can find your tracking number by checking your emails for order notifications from the website, or by logging into your account and viewing your order for the latest tracking information.

At this time we do not offer expedited shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, we ask that you place your order 10 business days before that time.

If you find your order has not been delivered in this time window, please email us at with your order number so we could further assist you.

All orders ship via UPS ground. Shipping is at a flat rate of $9 for orders under $100. Free ground shipping is offered for orders placed within the US that are over $100.

We are currently only offering ground shipping. Expedited shipping is not available.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally for orders totaling $150 or more. We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $35.00 for international orders. Unfortunately we do not ship internationally for orders under $150. 

International customers are responsible for customs duties and/or brokerage fees in addition to shipping costs assessed during checkout.

UPS and DHL have suspended substantially most operations in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus. Nearby areas may be affected as well and therefore are not guaranteed. 

My package says it has been delivered but I do not have it. What should I do? 
All customers will receive tracking details via email upon dispatch, and are expected to monitor tracking progress for any delivery exceptions. 

At this time, we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or undelivered packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier of the package. We will not replace any packages.

Any product shipped back as a policy dispute or order refusal will be subject to a Forced Refund. Such customers will be refunded for order subtotal (minus original shipping costs paid) while instituting a $4-$8 restocking fee per item.

Any orders placed from 11/15 - 12/25 will be permitted to make returns until 1/30/22.
